Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Cancellations
Items can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Processing times
- Apparel: 1-5 working days
- Bandanas: 1-4 working days
- Tote bags: 1-5 working days
Please note, if you are purchasing multiple items, the processing time will be within the maximum days above.
Care Instructions
Apparel: Care cards are sent with all apparel items. Items should be washed on a cool wash of no more than 30 degrees inside out. Do not tumble dry and do not iron over the vinyl print.
Bandanas: We recommend hand washing bandanas to protect the vinyl print, however they can be washed on a cool 30 degree wash in a pillow case or wash bag. Dry flat and do not iron directly on the vinyl print.
Tote bags: sponge clean only. Tote bags cannot be washed in the washing machine.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are :- With delivery companies to fulfil your order. To comply with legal or tax obligations. I will retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for 6 years. After this time I will delete your data from my records. You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data. In addition to my own privacy policy, if you pay with PayPal, your data will be protected by PayPal's privacy policy.
